What's our liability if we install the Arlo wireless camera for tenants to use in their unit?

Does anyone know if, once we've installed the cameras for our tenants and let them use it to track and record, we have any legal liabilities?

Not a lawyer, but have found people can sue for almost anything ,

but a guess  would be if your the owner and you install the there's a chance.

also depends on state law.
