So mid last year (2015) - I purchased my first Arlo camera. It was pretty good, but I had to restart the base station EVERY day or it would go offiline. Within a couple of weeks, Netgear fixed the issue and I had flawless service.....UNTIL!

 

With this latest update my cameras (I now have three) are going offline quite often - resetting the base station is a temporary fix, at best. I have submitted a ticket with support - and am awaiting an answer - I received an update this morning stating they need more time (I am guessing I am not the only one with issues).

 

What did you guys do?!

 

The system has essentially become unusable - and I even pre-ordered the new indoor camera (Arlo-Q) - should I cancel that order? OK - I don't want to cancel - I am just a bit frustrated at the moment......HELP!

What are the base station's LEDs doing?  Lit? Color?
