I kept trying to name my camera set up and i keep getting this message. Anyone have a solution?

Same here it ask to name the base station and when I do it goes all the way back to the beginning into my login and says that it is unavailable at this time

Same problem here. We bought this as a "security" camera system for our day care. So much for security! We'll be returning it back tomorrow. Can't rely on such service.
