How do I submit a warranty claim if I do not have a subscription?  The Chat Bot keeps telling me I need a subscription to talk to an agent or contact Arlo but that is the only way to file a warranty claim.

FWIW, the warranty is generally 12 months from date of purchase.   I believe accessories have a shorter warranty.  Folks in the EU (only) with Arlo Secure Plus subscriptions have their warranty extended to 2 years.

Thank you, I was contacted by Support with a support ticket number however can not find that ticket in my account, it shows no open tickets.  So I have no way of responding to the ticket.

There should be a way to connect to that ticket within the email that was sent.

There is a link and when I click on it it takes me to my dashboard, there is no open support ticket in my dashboard.  When I go into the App it does the same thing, there is no open ticket in my account!  I have no way of accessing my ticket or providing information.  I got a call from Arlo and it rand twice and when I tried to answer it they hung up.  This is very frustrating that I can not call Arlo or use the Chat Bot.
