Hi

has anyone made a successful warranty claim with arlo, I purchased the solar panel for my pro 3 and the panel has become faulty, it doesn’t charge and even takes the camera offline, if I use just the battery the camera is fine, I’ve tried to get in touch with arlo support but just getting the run around, the panel is 6 months old so should be covered under warranty but trying to get this sorted is not proving easy

I did but tbh they wasn’t interested in helping so I’ve just thrown the item away as soon as I can afford it I’m moving away from arlo as customer service is awful and the monthly subscription is to much
