My Arlo Wireless Camera will not upgrade. I have followed all suggestions from Support and Community. Can not participate in Live Chat because it goes to a dead screen with the bird. I need to return the camera. Does anyone know how to expedite my request to return the camera which is still under warranty?

Your other option is the phone call to open a case. If not possible for some reason, send a PM to @JamesC to see if he can help open a case for you.
