Problem: Unable to claim 50% vuezone end of service discount

Not satisfied with whoever decides of not honoring your customers that purchased your Netgear product/s that are now DEAD and not useable... it's a total negative move and any loyal current customers you have now will feel not confident staying on. Specially once I offer/relay my experience with Better Business Bureau. 

I travel for work and have contracts to be out of town months at a time working and could not purchase  discounted Netgear product/s for replacement. Reached out to you once I got back home (i was gone for 6 months and 9 days for work). SHAME NetGear, people like myself who works hard to live took our money and left us with products that are defective-trash-worth ZERO dollars, NetGear takes money and steal money from their loyal customers!
