Videos not saving to library and not receiving text notifications. Tried restarting/resetting, etc.

Had for years. In general very satisfied. System screws up once in awhile but usually starts working after restart of base & cams.

Now it is not saving videos to library and not sending text notifications.

I can click on cams and can get a live view so they work.

I can do cam motion test and lights blink on camera so that appears to work.

‘Have restarted and reset base several times. Opened & closed battery compartment on cams several times. Fresh batteries.

Ran out of things to try.

You didn't mention checking your modes and rules to verify them. Worst case, you may need to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Be sure to note all settings, modes, rules, schedule, etc. before doing so.
