Everyone,

I can't access any videos from December 2022. We just got back from vacation and there are a couple of things that look funky around the house, so I want to check the motion videos, BUT, in the library, it only has videos from January 1, 2023. Is this a usability error or am I looking in the wrong place. Help!

I can scroll back into December from the Library page.  This is using the iOS app.

 

Are you also seeing this on my.arlo.com (pc browser)?
