Video will not play back on email notice of movement on my Samsung android cel phone

When email notice of movement is received with picture and I try to play back on my android samsung 6 cel phone it will not play and all I get is the flapping green bird. This use to work, but no longer work. Video plays well when notice email is accessed on computer or chromebook. How to cure or what is problem?

The only info i can give you is basic... un-install and re-install the app and see if it makes a difference ( since it works on the PC )
