Hi there,
I just recently got the Arlo and i'm a couple days in. So far everything has been fine up to today.
I've been reviewing videos in the library and when I hit the playback button to review recorded footage it is a complete black screen. This happens on 8 out of 10 videos played back.
I have checked my storage space limit and i'm well under. All cameras are also operational, fully charged, live view works. Just when going to library to review recorded footage, when I hit play to view old videos, the video turns black instead of showing video.
How does one resolve this problem? Thank you for your time and help

have you downloaded a couple and run them just on the computer?
It may be a flash problem.

I've had this happen to me, after watching a few clips, I simply refresh the browser and that seems to clear it up for a bit. It's like sometimes one end or another gets behind and then can't catch up???
