I just bought the three camera system and everything worked fine last night. This morning the images were stuck on 7 hours ago. The last motion recorded was also of 7 hours ago.

I tried restarting the router of the camera system and reconnecting cameras.

I Then removed all devices and removed the app and started again from scratch.

I re-downloaded the App, successfully added the Arlo router, reconnected the cameras, added the cameras to the app.....

After re synching the cameras to the Arlo Netgear router, the image of 8 hours ago appears again.. Can't make it live. It's still the images of last night. No live streaming or recording.

i tried removing the batteries from the cameras and reconnecting. They appear to connect fine (all three green lights are on - on the Arlo router.

Something is working as every movement generates an Arlo message on my iPad. ; "motion detected on camera....."

 No error messages, but I solved the problem by plugging my Arlo router into my modem instead of my main router,

 


that seemed to fix it.

I have the same problem. Video and email notification doesnt work. But motion push is working. Still no video is beeing recorded.

Are you seeing any error messages? Can you take manual recordings when live streaming?
