After firmware update on base station video is very pixilated both live and recoded. Any one else have this problem? I have the original arlo system.

Clarity is so blurry you cannot , and recordings are 10 to 15 long.

Sorry*. So pixelated on cameras you cannot see everything is super blurry when looking at a Video. Only recording short on short timings / 12 % to 40%

Thanks for the reply. It’s a issue with the firmware update on the basestation I think. It was fine until then.

Mine is the same way, horrible. I even moved the camera to test close to base station and it still bad. Used to be very good now it sucks.

I think I've solved the problem myself.
When you pretend to connect a new camera to the base station, the system will retrieve a new update. After that my problems are over! Good luck and please let me know if your problems are over too.

First step, check your firmware of the base station to 1.12.0.1_27940, if not, ask Arlo to downgrade to this firmware.
