Video not recording to library

I have 3 Arlo cameras. For the last 3 days, the recordings have not uploaded to the library. Prior to that each day I had recordings.

Power cycle the base and log out and back into the app.  Also try a browser to see if there's a difference.

I am having the same problem and did reboot on cameras and base still no recording?

Do I need to delete the memory in the cloud?

I am on the free storage base only.

No need to delete anything. What are the LEDs on the base showing? Should be 3 green ones. What about the running men in the Devices tab - are they black or gray? Check your modes in the Mode tab to verify that you're not using the Disarmed mode or a schedule that is in a time period with no mode active.
