Video Viewing Does Not Play

I receive the alert of motion by email with a still picture. When I click on the picture to view the video, the video does not play and the Arlo bird flashes as if searching.

It's the Arlo wireless. Not the Pro. It worked fine until this past weekend. My phone is an Android.
