Video Stuck On Image & Does Not Play Video - 20 Second Screenshot

Hello looking to get some help with my Arlo cameras. Everything is connected fine and I get notifications when there is motion but when I go to play the video it only shows me the image of the motion that is dectected and does not play the full video. Pretty much all it’s showing me is an image for 20sec. I have restated all devices multiple times synced/ un-synced base station and cameras.
Please Help!!!

Is your base station & cameras up to date with the latest firmware? Have you tried to remove the cameras from the settings/ re add
