Can anyone explain why the video quality is so poor in live mode yet in the activity zone selection area is so good (and how I remember it when I first purchased the kit. Also noticed a drop in quality in the Arlo Q). The top image is the activity zone selection screen.

Does this occur using the Arlo mobile app as well as the web browser? Which camera do you have recording through the window?

Hi, it’s the same on my phone and MacBook and this camera is the Arlo wire free VMC3030

Can you try and face the camera in another direction or location/room to see if this issue changes?
