My cameras report "Your Arlo device appears offline.  Please make sure it's powered on and connected to the internet."

 

I am not on-site with my cameras, as they are for security at an off-site location.  I verified that the WiFi is working along with the power.  Is there a way to restart the device?  When I go to the device settings, the "restart" button is grayed out.
