Venting my frustration with the new update

I really wish I read this forum prior to updating my app. Hopefully I will save other folks from upgrading. Don't do it!  Big mistake. If you haven't updated the app hold out for as long as you can because the new update is horrible!! Gone are the individual camera mode options. I had over 30 different set-ups for my 5 cameras. Porch only, den only, patio and porch, patio and front door, porch and den etc.  I had so many , all gone! Now you have two options that's it and if you want to alter them you have to change it each time you want to make changes.  Arlo, are you kidding me?!? Whoever allowed this should be fired. I am moving to different system. Also, my newer cameras will not work with this app only my older cameras record feed. Another downgrade. I returned a new camera I bought when I found out it was only useful for live feed. Also with this update I no longer receive alerts on my phone when the camera is triggered. And yes I have push notifications turned on. This is not a security system it's a joke!

Regarding your push notifications, do you have the rule set under the appropriate automation when triggered? You can find this under Routines > Select the mode > Select the device > When/Then, Send notifications > SAVE
