VMC30330 not connecting - flashing infrared

Hi all. My cameras have stopped working and I have rebooted the base and cameras. I fully recharged the batteries. After clicking the sync button they flash blue and go the quick red flash like they are synced. However afterwards I can see they flash the infrared LEDs. How do i fix this?
