VMC 2050 Storage

I’ll start by saying I know absolutely nothing about any Arlo products. Walmart currently has the VMC 2050 on sale for $30. I need to be able to store video locally when motion is detected. I do not want a hub or subscription. I’m not able to find a straight answer to if I can use a micro SD card. If the card is not an option can I store on a local server?

There is  no microSD slot in that camera, so the only way to get local storage is to use a VMB4540 or VMB5000 smarthub.  You won't be able to use a local server.
