Moved and reconnecting Arlo. System is about 6 years old. This new router is showing the Home Base is connected via Ethernet…however, the app is not locating the Home base anymore. It keeps showing me it can’t be found. We’re all on the same network. We can see the home base connected on the router back page. We’ve even done a hard reset to just start over if it was glitching. After all that, and the basic Troubleshooting 101, the app is still not finding the Home Base for some reason. I’ve got green lights, I’ve watched 7 pointless YT videos. I’ve watched the Arlo online tutorial…we’re doing the right things. We’re on a basic T-Mobile home internet connection at our residence. We have high speed and even created another 2.4 network, but heck…what is going on? The WiFi network scan showed our speeds, but still can’t find the Home Base. I’m dumbfounded. Help plz.

Moving a system that uses a base station or SmartHub to a new router is generally a matter of simply unplugging the base/hub, reconnecting it to the new router and plugging it back in. The Ethernet connection means your WiFi has nothing to do with how the base connects to the servers. What are the LED(S) on your base showing? When you did a "hard reset" do you mean you held the reset button until the LED(s) started flashing amber? If so, you need to delete the base and attached cameras from your account and start fresh, as if new.
