VMB3010 Base and camera just disappeared

When checking the live camera feed, the camera's just disappeared. When arriving to home the base station is undetectable. I have reset router and reset base station without success. I don't know what to do now.

You don't reclaim the base once it's set up. What are the base LEDs showing? What do you mean by the cameras disappeared? Define what you mena by "reset the base".

I turned off my geofence to disarm and then no camera were available. It is like I have never set it up before. Also have had the system for about three years

You didn't answer my questions. What do you mean by turning off geofence to disarm? You selected Disarm in your modes instead of Geofencing? What do you mean by no cameras available - available where? What do you see? Any error messages? What have you tried? We need a whole bunch of details because we're not there to see.
