I bought an Arlo system used (only barely used) and everything is great except that it can't seem to find the device. I've read other threads and they either don't apply or don't work.

I re-started pushing the reset button and sync button for 15 seconds.

Three green lights are on.

I'm connected to my Apple Airport Extreme modem.

I'm plugged in.

The cameras synced, at least according to the blue lights.

I've tried syncing with both my iPhone and my computer.

I have internet access.

What am I missing?

I did another reset, this time just pressing the reset button and waiting for the amber lights. It works!!
