VMB3000 I got a new NBN modem. Flashes green but stays yellow. Internet LED Base Station is not lit.

model and brand of modem?

was it working before on your old router?

It was working before.

The new modem was supplied by my NBN provider (Optus) and is a Sagemcom device.

When I reset the base station it eventually shows green on power and on my camera connection.

But no internet.

No Internet LED means the base isn't even talking to your router. Try rebooting the modem as well as trying a new Ethernet cable.
