After logging into Arlo on my PC a note shows saying (your device is not connected, make sure it's connected to your router and has a working internet connection) however, I can log in with my other devices and can view with the camera without a problem.

No, I am not trying to view while other devices are connected.

Try a different browser. If that works try flushing your browser's cache.

Some users have experienced issues when running security/anti-virus software. Consider disabling any you may have and see if you get the same results.
