Dear Team,

I am using the following Devices: VMB3010r2 and VMC3030

I dont know what are they called.

Q1) Can you tell me what are they called. ?

Q2) I have received an email about the EOL policy. Does it apply only for the Cameras or basestation or both ?

Q3) If the cameras are only outdated, then what cameras support my basestation.

Q4) Do i still get the 7day free recording if i replace my cameras ?

The VMC3030 is the original Arlo WireFree Camera.  The VMB3010 is normally just called a VMB3000 base.

The EOL list only includes cameras.

The list is here:

The three cameras are all on the EOL list.

Note many of the new cameras can connect directly to your home wifi, and don't need a base.

Arlo stopped offering 7-day free recording on new camera models back in 2018.  None of the current cameras are sold with this feature.
