A few weeks ago I noticed I was unable to view recorded videos. I finally got around to addressing it today so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I log in and the app tells me that my phone is not a trusted device and that it sent a push notification to my other trusted device. I never get the push notification on my phone or email. Under try another method, there are two phones I've added over the years and neither works. I tried to login on the website and the same deal. I have no way to access my cameras at this point. There is absolutely no customer service support either and the chat bot is a disaster. I have 4 paper weights attached to my house at this point.

When you login to the arlo web portal then select choose another method for the two step verification and choose email to trust the browser.
After you have access to the account then get into the account settings for login and remove your unused devices and set email as the primary method.
Then open the arlo app on the phone and login to initiate the email two step verification request, open email and activate the request.
Once you’re into the account using the phone make the phone the primary trusted device to receive future two step verification requests.

What email provider are you using?  Arlo uses Amazon's simple email service (amazonses.com), and some ISPs block that by default.  I've read that comcast.net for example does block it.  But if you call them, they can unblock it for you.
