When I signed up for the Arlo account for my 5 camera Arlo system, I selected the "Premium" storage content option for $99 per year. I thought the basic (free) service held the content for 30 days and the premium held content fo 90 days. I can only see 30 days in the past in my library. Am I confused about the 30/90 day content or is my account wrong or do I have a hardware/software issue?

No, the basic, (free) service is only for 7 days. From there you move up to the paid services which are 30 days and then 60 days.
