Upgraded Plan but not recording past the 7 first days.

Help. Love the product. Just upgraded to the 30 day plan so I could record more days but nothing is being recorded now except the first 7 days. What do I need to do to start recording again?

If you just upgraded, you'll likely only see the last 7 days until you have more days. If that's not what you're saying or seeing, open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
