Update failed

I put new batteries in and it asked for an update I press ok but it failed
Then nothing just said offline so I took batteries back out put back and now no lights showing at all
Tried more new batteries and still no light on front at all
I removed device and tried again still no lights came on at front of camera

If the camera didn't get mess during a sw update....

Pull batteries again, remove the camera in Settings ( REMOVE DEVICE )

Power button reboot the base

Put batteries back

Attempt to resync as if new.

If NG still , contact Support
