Whenever i try to log in on the app I’m getting an error message that says “unknown error”. I can’t download the app. It doesn’t let me. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and that didn’t help. I’ve seen other people with same issues on here! (Many actually) so I need a solution, and additionally I think you definitely need to correct it!

You downloaded the app and then reinstalled it, or are you not able to download the app? What device are you using to download the app?

I having same issue trying to Log In with an Iphone 13 IOS 18.3.2 ans still having same error massage.
