“Unknown error” at login

I bought a year subscription yesterday and my phone logged me

out I FINALLY was able to the change my password after HOURS of issues and now when trying to log in on the website or on the app it keeps saying “unknown error” at all

logins ( app or website) it let me log in for this but not to check my cameras or dashboard.

Can you please try to make sure all open pages are closed and then restart the phone you are using. Once it comes back on, login to the app.
