Unknown credit card charge

I purchased a three pack of Arlo Pro 4's, another single Pro 4, and a doorbell for ~$800 this afternoon. As expected we received a notification from our credit card company immediately upon purchase. What we weren't expecting was another $359 charge about, but not exactly, an hour later. These are both still processing and I'd LOVE to speak with someone about this issue but cannot find a way to contact an actual human being. Arlo staff PLEASE HELP.

Is it possible that you have been scammed?
Private message a moderator like @JessicaP to put your case. I don’t think anyone from arlo works on a weekend though.

Yes, it is likely. We will be disputing the charge but wanted to let someone at Arlo know about it. Also not expecting a response on the weekend but wanted to get it out asap so as to find a resolution on Monday.

Did you order it directly through Arlo or another retailer? If Arlo there should be contact info on the e-mail receipt in the link for returns.
