I love your service an i am trying to upgrade to more than 5 cameras.

Unfortunately i am not being allowed to. Can you help me out with this?

Many countries don't have plans above the basic one. In any event, you can use a second account using a different email address to set up a second system using another base with cameras connected. Then use Settings, Grant Access from one account to the other to allow one login to see and (mostly) manipulate all cameras.
