I am unable to reset my password because I’m not getting my email notifications as of yesterday afternoon. And I can’t get live support cause I’m not entitled to it. I don’t want to create a new account because I am paying for the one I already have.

Yes I have. The weird thing is I got a reset password email finally today at noon. But when I reset and logged in everything is blank. And a hour later I got a call from a 888 number try help me but wanted to charge and it sounded sketchy.

So long story short I am apparently logged in but I don’t see my cameras or subscriptions and all my info is gone.
