Unable to login on desktop via Chrome or IE in office?

After working from home for a year, I'm back in the office and can't login on desktop via Chrome nor IE.

 

I click login and nothing happens.

 

any help here?

 

edit- fixed, going to arlo site didn't work but could via another link, weird
