Are you getting any error when logging in? Is this happening on WiFi and/or cellular data?

Same thing happened to me today.  Could not log in.  Same problem as before the recent update.  Apple phone and getting 'null' error at top of phone screen.  I restarted my phone and turned off the wifi and it works again.  Maybe Arlo needs to put out another update....
