Unable to grant access to friend

I've followed the steps listed - https://community.netgear.com/t5/Arlo-Knowledge-Base/How-do-I-add-friends-to-my-Arlo-account/ta-p/40

 

Friend received the request, created their account, but on selecting Verify Email Now, receive the following error message:

{"data":{"error":"2605","message":"We are sorry, The system is experiencing an unexpected issue."},"success":false} 

 

Thoughts?

Are you still seeing this behavior? What device is being used to accept the invitation?

 

If the user was able to click the invitation link and create the account, the sharing request should have been completed, can the devices be seen on the shared account?
