An older netgears worked fine. Replaced it with an Ac 1750 and my arlo site says unable to connect make sure of Internet connection. I checked on the router site and it shows the base station as a connected device. Help!

While it might be an issue with the new router, can you put the old router back in place to see if Arlo still works? If it doesn't, there may be other issues.

Thaks for the response...I tried going back to the old router with same results..however I did not disconnect the new 6400.. maybe a conflict with 2 routers.

It could be a conflict between the routers, especially if both have the same default IP address (typically 192.168.1.1) and/or have the DHCP servers enabled.  You don't need to physically remove the new router - just turn it off.  Make sure the cable from the modem goes to the proper router.
