I have granted access to another device with access to all cameras and admin rights. They are able to view and change settings as expected but their device does not show up on the geofencing device list. I have tried the troubleshooting steps suggested on these forums i.e. remove devices from geofencing, saving, and turning back on, to no avail.
Arlo base: VMB3010r2
Arlo base firmware: 1.9.4.0_15548
Both are iOS devices with latest firmware running version 2.4.5 of the Arlo app.
Thanks!

kirby86,
Some users have had issues with their device appearing in the Geofencing list due to special characters in the iOS devices name. Try renaming your iOS device to something without special characters and try setting up Geofencing again. (example: JamesC'S iPhone -> JamesCiPhone).
