Running several cameras in home, Including some wireless cameras connected to the Arlo smart hub. Have multiple users with permissions granted to view / manage those hub cameras but they are no longer able to access or view alerts post app this week. Endless loop of non help from chat, community etc. have deleted & reinstalled app multiple times. anyone solve this issue?

Then we are 2 at least.

Latest month it has been going south with Arlo on overal.

Cameras don't connect, batteries drain, can't connect to camera.

Tried everything from restart, remove, reset and it still fails.

Just checked portal and 5 cameras out of 15 are offline!

I have 8 Ultra 2, doorbell (can't connect to it for a month) and 6 Essential cameras.
Most of the cameras I can't connect to, they try and then just jump back to first screen or go offline.

Pictures are often looking like paint flow down the canvas or a greenscreen.

This started sometimes during 2025 and just continues!
I used to have made in China cameras before with no montly cost and I only changed to Arlo because the 4K and 2K. Old ones where 1K, but now I start to think to change everything again to another brand.

What is going on with Arlo?

A quick search here would have given you the answer as well as the solution. ALL users must see the same interface (the old one uses Library to view recordings while the new one uses Feed). The app is the same but it supports both interfaces. It appears that you were migrated to the new interface so now everyone else who has shared access to your cameras must also migrate. To do so just choose to add a Pro 5 camera to their account, even though they don't have one. The first step it to migrate the account to Feed after which they can just back out of the bogus install. Once migrated they then need to click on Home at the top and choose the bottom choice to see your cameras. Each user gets a default Home location so they need to choose yours to see those cameras. I suggest renaming Home to make it obvious.

There are some caveats to that migration for those who have their own systems since custom modes don't migrate (you have to use the 3 default ones as best you can) and you also need to slog through modes, rules, schedules and geofencing, if used, to make things right. Here's an FAQ that can help with familiarization:

This has nothing to do with the OP's issue. Create your own thread after reading other posts here that may have the same issues and possible solutions.
