Unable to Receive Verification Code & Stuck in 2FA Verification

Hello,

 

I am unable to access my Arlo account.

 

The mobile app is not opening, and when I try to log in through the web, after entering my email and password, I am asked for a verification code that I never receive.

 

Additionally, when I try to select a different verification method, the page freezes and does not respond.

 

Because of this, I am completely stuck and cannot log in or change my verification method.

 

I have already tried resetting my password, using a different device, and switching networks, but the issue persists and no verification code is being delivered.

 

Please reset my two-factor authentication (2FA) or verification methods so I can regain access to my account.

Were you able to get into your account? Did you try from a different web browser by chance?
