No matter what I do, my smart hub will not connect!?!? Suggestions? I’ve unplugged 2 minutes plus and tried reconnecting, hit sync button, ect….light is blue so I know it has internet signal but app won’t let me add device, please help!

Did you buy it used? If so, the previous owner must remove it from their account before you can use it.
