I am trying to view on a new device and I get the message they don't recognize the device and they sent a push notification to my tablet, how do I find that push notification on my tablet

It should just show up there.  Try logging into the Arlo app on the tablet.

 

You could also wait for the timeout, and select email verification.

Are you still seeing the same behavior, or were you able to log into the new device?

HI'

 

Im thinkg now that it was sent to an old, ( gone) tablet.  I have had a few ...

 

so, yes, i am still struggling with this.  I have a new laptop, and unable to sign on bc it doesnt recognize it.  

Any suggestions would be awesome.
