Trying to connect to my Base Station but it is not letting me

I'm new to this all camera life.lol but I'm really good with tech stuff but I don't know what is going on with my camera system. I am trying to connect to my base and it is not letting me. is day no base found, or no base connected.. please help.. What am I doing work

What model base? At what point does the discovery fail? What have you tried? What do you see? What are the LEDs on the base showing? We need all details.
