Trouble live streaming

I am unable to access the live cameras because of two factor authentication.  I have had my arlo camera's since 2017 and this is first time I am not able to access the camera's.  I cannot get pass the trusted device when using the mobile app or my.arlo.com.  Please advise!

What exactly is the problem? Have you tried using the alternative methods for getting the code (ie using email instead of text)?
