I have pro5s and ultra 2s that are connected to base stations, and the time stamps are off anywhere from 3-10 minutes.

how do I fix this? It says they’re following the specified time zone but clearly it’s off

The time zone wouldn't account for a few minutes of being off. Have you rebooted the hub?

Try removing one camera and add it back to see if that clears it up, at least for that camera.

Have you tried rebooting your router?

Are you using your router's firewall?  Or are you using something else for internet security?

I don't know what NTP (internet time) servers Arlo uses for time synchronization, but it is possible that your router/firewall (or perhaps your ISP) are not allowing the outbound connection from the smarthubs to those servers.  If that happens the clock on the base stations will slowly drift.
