Thunder damaged our internet live box

Hello,

 

We cannot resynchonise our cameras since the thunder. Our live box was replaced but that did not solve the problem. Please help!

I have followed the instructions, but got a blue light and then an orange flashing on 2 out 3 cameras. Tried to delete the cameras to reset them and synchronise them with the box but now I have nothing at all.
