bought a new house with arlo, owners are long gone, they were elderly people and had the arlo installed buy a tech company, they are long gone and I have a useless arlo doorbell, cameras etc, because the idiots in customer service cannot dissconnect the last home owner and give me ownership, I will NEVER buy anything arlo, and I will tell everyone I know the same, ARLO should have a way to change ownerships, in fact they said all they needed was verbal approval from last owner which I did find and they did give permission and then they said they still could not move service to me, well you lost a customer and I am sure when others read this they will do the same, never buy arlo, they cannot dissconnect and change owners you really suck as a business

It's a security measure to prevent cameras being illegally used by non-owners. All the previous owners need to do is to remove the cameras within their app to disassociate them with their accounts. I must therefore say that it's a good thing om terms of security measures. At the same time, I don't approve of you calling Customer Service idiots. Yes, there are problems with Customer Service but that's not the reason to use that kind of language.
